Is the engine worth the money?

I have an opportunity to purchase a 1975 TypeIV 2.0L Engine. Below is the information provided by the Seller. I have 2 questions is this a fair/good deal, and about how much to ship the engine 1/2 way across the country.
. It is a LOW mileage (under 5000) completely rebuilt engine with the following having been done: 1) case vapor degreased 2) all engine tin painted or powder coated 3) all fuel lines and hardware di-chromate plated 4) new injectors 5) crankshaft polished 6) all new bearings(crank/cam/rod) 7) new cam 8) new pushrod tubes 9) valves replaced, complete 3 angle valve job 10) new valve springs 11) new mahle 2.0L euro pistons 12) hi flow oil pump 13) etc. the only problem is slight oil weeping from the case seam - it has been sitting for 2+ years but wrapped in plastic. Complete with flywheel which was surfaced.

Is it a 914 2.0 or a bus 2.0? The difference in the heads between the two would make a HUGE difference in the price.

Also, where is the oil leak coming from at the case split? I'm guessing around the oil pump..

it comes with the fuel injection?

be aware that if you use the FI you will have to keep the stock cooling system.

we had discussed this earlier, have you decided what shrouding you want to use?

I am looking at the porsche fan shroud. I just believe that it looks the best. Even if I need to convert the engine over to carbs, isn't this a fairly good price on the engine?

One thing about the heads because its a '75 - the '75 and '76 2.0 heads had the EGR "spouts" coming out of each exhaust port. These will have to be plugged if you end up running carbs. I have also heard that the combustion chambers were shaped differently to reduce compression and cut down on emissions. You might want to have him confirm that there are only three intake bolts on each head instead of four. More than a few people have gotten burned buying 914 2.0s sight unseen.

Overall if everything pans out it sounds like a good deal.
