Information Wanted: LSx 911 - Engine/ Trans Mount Solid/Poly/Stock?
Looking for some feedback from those of you with V8 911 cars in use- What type of engine mounts are you having sucess with?
Will new stock spec mounts hold up or are POLY/Solids a must? Anyone tried several and have an opinion about vibration etc.. Please share you experience Greatly appreciated! Keith |

I'm running Hinson racing polyurethane mounts. Work well, couldn't tell you about vibration as the motor has a big cam but I think they do well and don't notice much vibration.

It is actually in a Boxster S. The mounts are more or less universal that I bought, just size difference I believe. WEVO has custom transmission mounts for the application, they may have motor mounts too.
