forgot cappy caveman had a cape. it was very surreal. i just stood there with my jaw agape as dude threw the burning stick down 15' from a vacant lot with tall, dead grass on it right in downtown sonora.

i usually let the homeless be, but this was an outrageous act. if the power had not been cut by PG&E id have been in the autoparts store with my buddy and not been standing there. they were limiting & escorting customers in the dark store so i waited outside.

thanks for the kind words boys, my neighbor called and told me of the story being linked after talking to him about it earlier.

he is. when describing him to the PD dispatch they knew exactly who he was. one of the cops at the scene said he was glad they'd finally got him on a charge that will keep him off the streets for more than a half day..
