OMG! It would be a brave man who used that oil pump in their engine.

But really though, how important is oil to these motors?

$10,000 engine rebuild with a $160 oil pump? That’s the definition of penny wise pound foolish.

Send your stock to Glenn Yee at GTSeries1. You don’t need a new pump. You don’t need a Turbo pump. You don’t need anything but yours properly rebuilt and blueprinted.

If you are rebuilding the engine by yourself
If you are retired
If you have enough time to waste
If you have enough money in your accounts
If you are bored
If you like gambling

Sure, do it!!!

Curious if that oil pump may also fit on some other car? Is it a common item with Volkswagen and they just list for Porsche as well?

Hmm interesting. I would think it only would fit other dry sump applications so not many cars were made that way so limiting sales for sure

It's got the premium cast iron we've always wished for in our engine components!

Why isn’t anyone commenting on the different pressure vs scavenger ratios of early vs later pumps? Which one is this? Hardly same same.
