oil tank values
anyone up for a breakdown of oil tank values? '72's will be the most valuable, what's after that, and how much are they each worth?
a quick check of ebay turned up the following mid year's don't sell for much at all. 50-75 dollars early cars sell for a bit more (one went for 255) there's some place in england selling reproductions? of '72 tanks for 500 GBP...that's like 950 bucks today. sjd

FWIW I paid $150 for a nice early 911 tank with a sender from a fellow pelican.

Is the '73 tank from an MFI car considered an early tank or is it the same as the '74 - '77 tanks? (I have one to sell...)

beats me...
I think it's considered the same as the 74-77 tanks. PP lists them as 73 to 89. sjd
