'87 Carrera value?

I am new to this forum and looking to purchase my first 911. The car I'm considering is an '87 Carrera (white/blue). It's a two owner southern car with 146k mi. Power windows, seats, locks. 16x9 Fuchs. New tires, new brakes, lots of records (but incomplete). Looks good, no rust, smoke, but does leak a "couple of drops of oil". Clean carfax. Am having PPI done now. What would be a reasonable price for this car?
