What's the point of this 911 craigslist scam?

i was fooling around today looking at craigslist in my continuing hunt for a suitable (ie inexpensive but not cheap!) 911SC and came across what you see below, listed for like 9937, all across the country, in raleigh, sacramento, orange county, detroit, denver, boston and on and on. and this ad has been up in weeks past. but the interesting thing is this: they all get flagged for removal within an hour or so of being posted. zap, gone. so, what's this seller's scam? do you think he's getting takers?
