Porsche 911E 1972 value (whole or apart)

UPDATE: I added pictures at the end, motivation to sell is at all time high but I really don't know the value.

I'm considering putting my old porsche for sale, its a 72 911E, originally with sportmatic but I changed it to the early 915 with short final ratio. The body had rust in the left side which I properly restore (solid but not for concours). Right side was better but it should also be done. The front was slope nose which I changed back to the original pre bumper look with long hood. The front fender are rusty and hopeless but they are holding the H1 headlights in place. The tranny has been rebuilt with lots of new parts, its very good. Car also has new turbo front tie rods. Brakes are aluminium S with rebuild kit and recent pads. Suspension needs all new bushing. I have added an oxygen sensor in the exhaust and tried to get better adjustments on the MFI, it was running but now its not anymore. It would need some TLC to come back in operating range. Fuel tank has been redone and is excellent. Rear Carrera turbo style spoiler. 15" Fuchs, 8" in the back I think. Improved short shift kit.

This is not a for sale add but I'm seeking advice on value for sale as is not running but complete or should I take it apart and sell parts on eBay. The 3rd option is to have it running for the sale, I'm not sure what $$ to expect from the different option given the different effort levels. It can't be considered as a great restoration candidate due to the floor rust and the sporto to 915 conversion. Car is in Ottawa if that makes a difference.

sounds like about 15k as Is. More if you could get it driving again. I think you would lose money if you parted it out

MFI does not use an oxygen sensor. I suspect you may have CIS injection on the car (later engine?) a photo of the engine would help, and an engine number would be even more helpful.

That's a confused little car.

Sounds to me like he said he added a wideband to try to help him tune the MFI better.

It's MFI. The oxy sensor is for a gauge in the dash, I used it to manually adjust the MFI. At some point I lost track of the number of clicks and lost the baseline. Yes the mfi is confused now. I do not have time to figure it out due to excessive business travel. F.

If it is the original engine with MFI, I'd put the car's value at $18K.
