What color and is it worth it?
Yea I'm keeping it schwarz guys! Thanks for the input. There was an amateur repair done to the passenger door. I'm gonna have that corrected and the front bumper resprayed and call it a day. The car has been resprayed previously and has had a couple bumps and bruises since then.
I was ripping down the freeway on my way to road Atlanta last weekend to go to The Mitty and I ***** you not. I had a 1 inch diameter rock come down on top of my sunroof and scratch it. I laughed because my dad was in the passenger seat and about 10 years ago I was driving his SC with him in the passenger seat on our way up to road Atlanta and a 1 inch diameter rock put a big gouge in the hood of his all original very nice 911. I've driven to road Atlanta 3 times in my life. 2 out of the 3 a big rock damaged the car. Right then I decided I will never spend $15k on a paint job because I would not be able to enjoy my car ever again. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...0de3b6426a.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...0d3e5bca5c.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Nice story, other than the rock part. But that's part of what makes these cars "ours". You have your rock story, and it was with dad. You guys will never forget the rocks.
|
Glad to hear you're sticking with that color. It's personally one of my favorite colors on a 911.
