Guards Red presented correctly with mutable coats of wax to bring its deep luster out. Guards red is perfect for accentuating the curves of a wide body porsche. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...c52c2032c5.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Original owner. The purple and green bike in the center is a 1995 Stumpjumper M2. Last year they were hand made in USA with a 1st year Judy SL on it.

... but seeing 10 of the same color at every car show, makes the color boring.... and so many are oxidized and not well-maintained, so the color becomes drab, on top of very commonplace....a Guards Red Porsche no longer turns my head...unless it's a 959 ;) |
^ Agree. I don't dislike GR. It's just oh so common. I've owned GR cars twice, an 85 Carrera and a 924S.
|
Re GR: I still love my car, just having a little fun.
Re mountain bikes: I still have an old hardtail (circa 1998) with a Marzocchi fork, but if you guys still ride and don't have a new FS bike you should check them out. The new bikes are amazing. |

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1516420772.jpg This is what happens when you sprayed too much guards red back inna day! Stuff makes you loopy. Factory paint in the hatch of a 924S track car. |

Now that I look at it I see it’s backwards. Hard to believe a neo-Nazi line worker would’ve made that mistake. Possibly added later during cage install?
