Centerstand
Just removed one from my 2001 bike with 3000 miles. Has a Vanderlinde centerstand stop installed.

if your R1100S is not factory equipped with a center stand,......you will have problems locating the bushings that insert into the holes on the frame of the R1100S to accept the center stand. There is no part number I could ever find for them and they are not included with the center stand when ordered. BMW NA could not even find a part number when we tried to overcome this hurdled a year or so ago. Perhaps that has changed in lieu of all the Cup bikes out there not equipped with a center stand, however any bike with Ohlins or BMW Sport shocks will have little need for the stock center stand as the bike's suspension is too tall to allow for proper use.

Thanks for the info on the bushings. I just want it for oil changes and thought about motorcycle lift but those things are too big for my already crammed garage.

I bought a used stand for my S just to make changing the oil easier. I ordered the bushings from my local dealer, the part number is: 46522331991 they are $4.95 from my dealer. Hope it helps!
