I hate to do this
I really hate to do this, (I mean really hate) but Eric you haven't answered any of our PMs and we haven't heard from
you in over a week. If we don't hear from you by Friday (or recieve the paralever) we're going to have to put a stop on the credit card payment. Don't know what else to do.

I replied (or tried to) to your last pm. I don't know why you didn't get it. Sorry about my slackassnees. I'm still a college kid and I had had three exams this week. I know no excuse. I PROMISE I will get it out to you tomorrow w/ a tracking number. Again I am very sorry. How was the filter install?
