On my 98 Boxster tip there is a box section bracket at the rear that spans the width of the car. 2 nuts and 2 bolts secure the bracket. Can anyone tell me the size of these? 10mm?

Over the last few days I've noted two changes to my 98 box tip behavior. One it seems to more frequently go into "kick down" mode in D and when it does there's no indication it base gone down a gear....

I need to replace my alternator. I understand the one bolt you loosen it 3 to 4 turns than whack the bushing out. Does anyone know why? Why can't I just un do it all the way?

The latch for the top no longer closes the switch to allow the windows to go all the way up. Is there any adjustment for the latch?
