I ended up doing a search in the PET for the same thread pitch and length. Turns out the fasteners for the bellows are the same but with a hex head instead of a Phillips screw head.

Yeah, the OE rubber is held at the top and bottom with rivets. So if you go with the JWest coupler you have to drill out the rivets and use the supplied bolts instead.
