Thanks for the input ! The fuel pump relay that has proven to be no issue is the red one at the top rear of the front (frunk) fuse box. My original 911.615.108.00 works same as the .01 & .02 red...

Thanks Pat sir. Rotor is turning with engine. Feels tight when trying to turn clockwise and spring loaded when turning counter clockwise by hand (probably moves 15-20°). Will check more later.
