This is my guess also. It sounds like the tunnel bushing finally fell out and the shift rod is now sloppy and rattles. The cup bushing at the bottom of the shifter is likely worn too of course.

Temp shows you at ~90C, which is where mine resides 95% of the time (once warmed up) so I wouldn't expect the pressure/rpm ratio to change much from where you are. Might drop if you idle in traffic...
