Hey John,
I'm not sure when it was rebuilt, I got it with a rebuilt 2.2L I bought to convert my 914 in to a 6. My father pulled it a part to make sure it was rebuilt and it was.

Thanks,
Silvio

Silvio,
I am looking for a quiet 911 gearbox. Can you tell me which parts were replaced? all or which bearings, synchros, dog teeth? Also, is it a 901 0r 911 box? The numbers on the case underside will tell you. Thanks. Paul.

Hey Silvio,
I live in West Palm, and have cash.
Please call my cell if you still have the 901.

Sheesh...for $300 who cares what's been replaced, that's less than the core charge you'd pay.

If you were within driving distance I'd pick this up up just hoping it would be quieter than my last 2 911's.
