Boxster brake upgrade to SC

Anyone done this? TRE sells a bolt on kit for this and I was wondering if anyone on this board has done this and what the pros/cons were. Thanks

Searching for "Boxster brake upgrade" gets you about 25 threads where this subject has come up.

Most seem to be linked from this one:
The ultimate brake upgrade page.

Bill V. also covers it here:

What is your goal?

Thanks Tom--sometimes the search is more pain than its worth due to overload of info. I was just being lazy.

Just to reinforce what has been said a hundred times before.

The Boxster brakes aren't much of an upgrade, especially when price is factored in.

For a bit more you can get Big Reds or GTPs or if you wish to keep small wheels then 930 brakes.
