"Breakfast Run" ride report
45 degrees outside temperature
82% humidity 30.41" barometric pressure JAS's former camera in hand... Okay, let's go! Wake up Sweetheart... Daddy wants to take you for a ride! ![]() After losing you briefly to a thief, and then your Superhawk stand-in a few weeks later, you need to be triple-locked! Oil level's okay... Rebound damping good. Yes, that is an Ohlins front! Low heat sounds good... ![]() Plenty of gas. Blew out too much air checking the rear, so off to Chevron. Front check. Rear check. Yes, that is an Ohlins rear! Just a few miles away and the twisties have begun...

Okay, we're on Redwood Road now, where the fun begins. This is Daddy's stomping grounds. By the way, heading downhill into the right sweeper is where I washed out the front tire of my wife's Monster 750 in a nice long 3' wide strip of impossible-to-see gravel. God hates us all sometimes...
Redwood Road continues... This goes on for mile after tedious mile... Okay, now we're on Skyline Blvd. But that's a good thing... We're on Grizzly Peak Blvd now. This is a brand new home built specifically to take advantage of the panoramic bay views. I would like to buy it, but I don't think I can get a $2.4M loan. Maybe next month... http://root.z57.com/servlets/basic.OraclePassalong?applyTo=clients/real_estate/forms/listing_show.zml&LID=rbyf84x111m This just seems right to me, so I'm playing the lottery heavily... Grizzly Peak has its charms, too...

Whew! This is hard work, and I'm starving. Better stop in here and get some good eats...
Anyone need a killer deal on a Sporty? I usually leave the keys in the ignition when I'm ready to buy a new bike... Lisa is a total sweetie and I wish I was 20 years younger... ![]() Brooks Breads has the bestest chicken apple sausages ever! Why else would I ride through all those treacherous back roads to get there? Brooks Breads has the bestest baked goods, too. Lisa kindly heats mine up so the butter melts properly. I saw Jesper Parnevik on the Golf Channel talking about these vitamins he couldn't buy in the US, so he started importing them. So I'm in...

Freshly invigorated with tasty food, I'll ride a whole 3 miles out of my way to hit Wildcat Canyon Road on the way home...
Soon after, I'm on Grizzly Peak Blvd again. That's "The Wall" up ahead... Pausing for a sfarson kind of shot. East Bay hills looking west to SF. I'll shoot this again later when it's crispy clear... ![]() Not much to see here. Better head 200 yards up to "The Wall." "The Wall" is a big biker stop. Lots of squids, streetfighters, and motard guys here add to the ambienance... You'll usually see something like this at "The Wall." ![]() Okey-dokey. That's it for today!

Steve, nice photos and weather but please change that Kryptonite lock on the chain. It can be opened with a Bic pen!

Stevo, so you did get out, you are redeemed and forgiven.
We also had a blast and even added a new supoer hotty to the group and you know thats good news. The little P.O. and store @ Anguin for those that know it. We really suffered on Sunday, i got warm several times. What a blast. The super tanker 1150rt performed beautifully. Mods begin today, all day.

I see security is a big priority
The only problem is the locks that you have can be open with a bic pen.
