Any "Experts" want to help me ??? V70 ISSUES

Hi ..

I have a 99 V70 .. really like the car.

I have a BIG issue.

I loose communication to the OBD every now and then.

No : Speedo, Odo, just dashes -----

Volvo cant fix it (because they are not technicians ) the just plug into the OBD .

Well it gives them NO info

Been told ECU, Ign switch (changed that) wiring harness ...

I need to get it smoged and the light comes on and it looses communication while testing

my own update ...

In researching this, I discovered a site talking about the ABS module being the issue.

My symptoms matched the site exactly.

Long story short.
I have sent my ABS module to them to be checked out, and up-graded / rebuilt if found to be the issue.


Will update hopefully this weekend when unit is returned
