Dual 44's not idleing

Hello all,

I just pulled my Manx out for a drive, it was running fine when lasted used it about 2 weeks ago. Went to start it up and it will not idle. If you rap on it, it will rev up fine, but come back down and it dies..Dual 44 Weber's. Checked plugs and they are light chocolate brn, timing is fine, cleaned carbs and still nothing. Tried to sync, but cannot get an idle to do so..Any ideas? Have disconnected linkage, but still will not idle....
I did put a new cap and rotor and plug wires on it, about 3 weeks ago. Again, running great, not sure where to start....

Mike

Idle jets are clogged. The jets are on each side of the fuel inlets. Brass standard head, if you crack them all loose 1/8 turn. Fire it and close each one at time you will find the plugged ones.
