To get the little screws out, soak them in some WD40, use a sharp screwdriver, and keep taping in the screwdriver until they come loose.
Removing the rubber is a *****.
What I found works is let them soak in paint stripper, and I mean let them soak a while, several hours at least. Keep poking at the rubber seal with a nylon poker, and keep the stripper moving around with an acid brush.
Eventually the rubber will soften so you can squeeze a razor blade in there and cut it away.
The paint stripper won’t hurt the glass or frames. Let the paint stripper do the hard work.
