I know several years ago when we had a foundry in Blackwell OK they looked at flying the 4 guys up and back daily. It's 90 miles straight up I-35. Two of the guys were pilots. They ended up driving it every day. They left OKC at 5am and got back at 6pm.

One of the guys lived in McAlester and drove 125miles each way to work in OKC. Then went to Blackwell as well.

I made the trip for a week to get all the measurements to do drawings of the foundry.
Then had to go about once a month to do computer management. But just left at the regular work time and came home after lunch when i got the work done.
