I have one.
Use it daily.
Do some stretches and sit ups while in it.
Don't know if it helps anything but I feel better when I get off.
If I slack off and don't use it for a while I feel it.
I do a lot of sitting for work.
I think if that's your case you'll find some relief.
Cruise craigslist for them.
You can always find someones barely used at a deep enough discount that it's worth taking a flyer on.
