Not a chance that car is 37,000miles. Lie number 1 and a big one.
Don't trust the seller. 74's have rust issues. A through PPI for rust and condition is required.
Car is worth $40k tops if it checks out.
I suspect there are a lot of things that need attention and it will make it a $33k-35k car.
