Generally speaking RSA's w/o S/R option are worth more $$. The RSA was a de-contented C2 to provide a more "sporting purposes" 964 for US since Porsche did not make the 964 RS to available for US import. Adding more options beyond a limited slip diff really defeats the intended purpose of car IMHO.
