Oh no.
Just got an email from the "IRS" (in my spam quarantine) that said they are going to seize my state tax return because I have taxes due. What if I didn't get a state tax return?
As far as I know the IRS only notifies by mail, not email or phone. Besides, why would they use an email address like
irs@birchconnect.com. Wouldn't it look more official from
collections@irs.gov? Don't they want me to click on the links in the email?
