I don't see the that value in the car. The details reflect the mileage, no effort has been made to bring the car up to the level expected of a $38k mid-year car. And this opinion is from the owner of a '77 911S.
Right now the '74's are the mid-year in the limelight, and their high asking prices are dragging up the asking on the '76/'77 versions. For $38k find a NICE SC or decent Carrera.
