That Hagerty number is BS. There are no decent 77S for $17k.
You never really know until you see it in person but this car has a lot of detailed, close-up pictures and it shows really well. Look at the body tags/emissions stickers. I don't see overspray and tape lines in these areas that are common even on high dollar restored 911s.
Ok, it's dirty underneath. Seems like everyone is detailing undercarriages and bottom of engines these days prior to selling them. Hasn't been done on this car. Don't remember anyone doing that 5-10 years ago unless it was a restoration.
Assuming there are no pulled head studs, I'd consider this a $33k car. The miles are high, it needs mechanical updates and it needs the correct Fuchs refinish. If you pay $36k and the car is mechanically good, it's still a decent purchase. $38k+ is just overpaying.
