Nope, I just connect the appliance (hibachi, torch and Mr Heater) directly to a 20lb tank instead of a 1lb cylinder. Bypass the cylinder all together. This is what I use:

Although they do make fittings that allow you to refill 1lb cylinders yourself. I haven't tried one as I rarely need the small cylinders but have heard they do work once you get the hang of it. Worth it I suppose if you go through a lot of them.
