911 Targa 1975 Anniversary

Looking for thoughts on value for a restored 1975 Silver Porsche 911 Targa.
Average to good condition. However the motor is locked up. (from sitting) Had it rebuilt about 8 years ago, and it just sat too long. probably needs to be removed and inspected/repaired. Not cheap. I don't have any pics today but can post some later. I'm considering eBay but I want to try and recoup some of my investment.
Thanks for your thoughts. Clean car, extremely nice FUCHS. Targa top needs rebuild however.

Added a few pics. Sorry, they uploaded a little strange.

Obtained car in about 1999. It was not running. Original engine and transmission still in car. - The motor is ready to be dropped.
Repaired pans and suspension pan and painted
Had engine rebuilt by Carolina speedwerks (defunct)- Car pretty much sat for quite a number of years. Tried to get it running about 3 years ago I think and it smoked badly. Gave Up.
Car sat some more. Tried to start again and No Joy. So at the moment trying to decide whether to sell or take it to the shop.
The car did not even have 1000 miles on the rebuild- Probably less than 500 (I can see if I can figure that out)

It did get normal 2/7 upgrades, tensioners, Head studs, etc. I don't know if it dropped a valve or what, but it's not running.

car is not perfect but not a dog (IMHO)-- so I'm trying to make a decision.
So I appreciate any advice, good or bad, on value.

Trying to figure out what I could get for it as it sits. It would come with original seats, but no sense in posting them. They look horrible.(seats you see would be included as well)
