Creating a small chrome rim. Much work but the end result was worth it. I'm smiling.
The repair process:
thoroughly cleaned
- Make sure the bump does not get punched anywhere
- gently cut the center of the rim.
- very thorough metal grinding, pre-fabrication
- Chromium in the best quality
longitudinal adjustment, checked by centrifugal machine
- combine thoroughly under cooling.
It's a lot to do and do it all the way ... but it's nice to look at it.
