1974 and part of 1975, the targa hard top was standard. If a car has AC it would have automatically been spec'd with a folding top. It was also option code M436 that could have been "added" as a no cost specification. If your COA says folding, then that's all you need to know.

The part that troubles me about this car is you call it "restored" but it doesn't run. And the targa top is bad. And the seats are toast. Either not a complete and thorough restoration or it was neglected after restoration. Was the car just painted? It that the basis of the restored claim? You will want to make the situation clear before listing it, and of course the forth coming photos will help us to understand.

I put it at $15-20k as a non-runner. If it is really rust free and paint is good, I would be interested in it.
