I think you can order all that you want except for the manual tranny. At least for Ford. Chevy is probably the same. Other manufacturers may still make manual transmission trucks.You should be able find that truck on a lot. It would probably be a fleet type truck in white or black. Those have very little options. What I hate is that you can't pick your options a la carte. You're forced to purchase a package with things you don't necessarily want.
