what about riding a bike? easy on the knees. you add in a few hill climbs and your respiratory and circulatory systems get what they need with respect to exercise. dont go pedaling around a lake or anything..you need to "suffer" some to gain any benefits. flip flops and coffee runs aint gonna get it done. sorry.
