scrambled eggs cooked with salsa and stale corn tortillas..whatever.it's all good! something about being cold, sitting next to a fire..adult beverage of choice..

i have a 15+ day camping trip coming up in Northern New Mexico. the first half of September. i am gonna be the camp cook!! my brother and i will stay the 15+ days, but we have guys coming and going as their time permits. hopefully bringing fresh food ingredients.
i am gonna fine tune my outdoor cooking..i just ordered a plow disc pan..a Mexican Disceda. or Deesco. whatever they call it. this is gonna be fun!!
