Again pressure was being put on the prosecutor and the judge by the We Too people. Supposedly that pressure is what caused the prosecutor to retry the case and the judge to allow the alleged other victims testimony. The first trial ended in a hung jury. One of the other things I heard on the radio today before the verdict was, when the prosecution retries a case they have an advantage as they already have defense witness testimony on record so know they know what to avoid or reword. They also know where they made errors and the weak points in their argument. This gives them an advantage. Add in additional accuser testimony and he is really behind the eight ball.
This was a purely he said she said case. Add in additional accusers and you have more she saids than his one said.
