I think they proved this by bringing in 5 other women who said it happened to them. Which is why I think this case has a chance of reversal in appeal. None of the 5 other women had convictions against Cosby.
We the people can convict this guy in the press because if other women said it (especially 40+), it must be true. But, I'm not sure that that is how it works in court. I could be wrong.
