You wouldn't notice it as a driver, the drag goes up, much more so w/ windows down and roof off, but some w/ roof off and windows up(the low pressure area where the roof was mostly pulls air from the cockpit w/ the streamline flow pretty much undisturbed). The motor just has to work a bit harder for the same speed.
