Of course they are not all bad people. That's a strangely defensive post. This guy was a pathological, evil murdering and raping monster and he managed to get hired by two different police departments w no trouble. That's where your concern should be, that the hiring standards are obviously seriously flawed and that so many sociopaths are attracted to police careers. We've had 4 or 5 LAPD cops arrested
in the last week here. In a city this size, there are tons of bad cops. Lots. And plenty of good ones as well.
