[EuroZ06]

Just bought 06, 57k miles. Dealer told me their porsche certified mechanic went through the car and it has no issues.
When the car arrived, we scanned it: missfires p0300, pasm failure 5400. On top of that, navi is stuck on “starting navigation” and wont move, ive even done reset, nothing. Dvd looks nice and clean.

We reset the codes, drove it for 80miles, and when i shut it down and turned on again in 10 minutes, pasm failure came back on, and car started to have a bit of vibration at idle. I tried turning the steering wheel, and driving straight, nothing... pasm is still in error.

One thing ive noticed is that the car starts kind of weak, as if the battery is weak. Ive read somewhere that these cars are sensitive to batteries, so is that my issue? Or am i looking at something else?

I am kind of considering a lawsuit and calling a car a lemon... but it does feel special, black on black, manual, aero package, sport seats, black sport wheels...
