Are you buying watch parts from ebay or all of the cheap watches that you can find from garage/yard/rummage sales or...? What are you using to glue the stuff on? Are you going to coat/paint it with a clear or something when you get done? It would be great if you could do a kind of thick clear resin/epoxy over the whole thing, to protect it and make it easier to clean/dust.

This is a very cool project that is turning out really well.
