I owned a Wrangler for a while. YMMV. It was fun for a while but a bit impractical for me. At the time I was doing occasional highway driving and the soft top made it way too load for me. This may be different with the newer models but the other issue I had is that they are stupid simple to break into. I started looking into installing a security system and in the end just decided to sell it after my job changed and required even more highway driving.
