I would have been all over that... I'm not Chinese but I spent some time growing up in Singapore, so Asian food is in my blood.
If I had sushi rice and nori laying around, the last thing I'd pair with them is Spam. Any fish, no Spam. Spam is for frying and eating between slices of bread, when you lack any other meat. Just Sayin'...
