as they say, "there's an ass for every seat"..

personally, i like how we all have different food taste. ever since i dated a Hawaiian lady, back in the day..i got hooked on Spam.

as far as chinese cooking. i'm ashamed to admit, i got lazy. my stepdad was a pro chinese chef..i just kinda ate. didnt cook so much chinese food. i missed that boat..i regret that.

at the end, when his health was failing i ramped it up..and started learning. buying the wok was the last piece of the puzzle. i got good using a skillet at home, but i had to cook ingredients separately.
