Not only would you be a douche to fail to disclose it, but the evidence is there to show you as a liar. A smart buyer will vet you when they start talking about the car, they will find this thread, and they will know the truth about the car. And if you didn't disclose it, the truth about the seller too. But that's all a moot hypothetical because you aren't that guy.
