Something to do with dates, for sure. Given that it's so far down the list, I doubt it matters whether it's ground dates or something else from a date.

I'd be surprised if I could actually taste something that far down the list.

EDIT: it looks like "date sugar" is cooked, ground-up dates... So I'm going with.... dates...
