I've been dealing with this for nearly 60 days now and am convinced that I won't get satisfaction.
I won an auction 8/25 for a fiberglass Ruf bumper

Sent the guy a MO for $150 (I know, it was real cheap) and after flimsy excuses and lies from him and never receiving the product, I filed an ebay fraud complaint - not that it will do anything to remedy the problem. This guy is a real tool and responded back on the complaint that I defrauded him. Not sure how he reasoned that out since he still has the bumper and my money. The money isn't the biggest issue, I'm just po'ed that there is no way to get a resolution through ebay that has any teeth. And since this guy is in FL and I'm in WA, there's not much chance of me knocking on his door.
Anyway, I just wanted to vent.
