this thing is pretty cool. the maker even gave it a serial number. pretty funny.
the welds are crazy. i can barely detect the center where he welded the plow shaft hole closed. he sent me a seasoned one, and it is not what i would call ready to cook. i'll clean it up and give it another go tonight.
i was concerned that there was gonna be too much overlap with my wok, but no..these are vastly different pans. this is closer to a paella pan than a wok..or a flat griddle.
i am gonna replicate "tony's tacos" from LUCY"S in el paso texas for cinco de mayo.
