Those are mad skills. Where I grew up we would have called that a disc rather than a plow. In those days we used a moldboard plow as the initial step to turn over the sod. We'd run the disc over the plowed furrows a few times to break up the chunks of dirt and get the ground smooth. Then we'd finish with a drag to get everything as smooth and level as possible. At that point the field would be ready for planting. I think now the technique is to be "low till" and combine the plow and disc into one implement that uses discs like the one you have.
So how are you going to use it? It's almost a wok, but you have one of those. Maybe a quick stir fry pan?
